Who Am I?

- I am a proud father to three great boys Kaden (8), Alek (5) and Rylan (9 months) and husband to a very loving wife. She is my rock and is so gracious in letting me pursue this dream! She has been very supportive on this journey from beginner triathlete to hopeful Ironman. I could not do it without her support and patience. Thank you, Audrey! I work as a Physician Assistant in Orthopedic Surgery in Vancouver, WA at Rebound Orthopedics. I have been a triathlete for last 4 years. Why Ironman...? I guess for me it started with the first triathlon I ever witnessed (Hawaii IM 2004). While working in the Medical Tent that year, I was humbled and amazed by the countless age groupers coming through transition. My thought to myself was, "Why couldn't I do that?" I hope to "Do That" this coming November in Tempe, Az. It is not Kona, but it will do just fine.
